Shipping

At KATINÉ, we are committed to delivering your order with care and efficiency.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Times
We offer shipping to whole Europe. We can also ship worldwide, however please email us for the shipping cost to your country outside EU. Estimated delivery times and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Domestic Shipping (within Czechia): 2–5 business days
  • International Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Pre-order Shipping: Up to 2 weeks depending on order volume
Please note: Shipping times may vary due to customs delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We want you to love your KATINÉ pieces. If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging
Non-Returnable Items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@katine.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a shipping label (return shipping fees may apply).
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.
