Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched from Czech republic within 1-3 business days and shipping costs amount to the following:

Czechia, Slovakia: €4 (estimated shipping time 2-4 business days))
Other EU Countries: €8 (2-5 business days)
UK, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Cyprus: €15 (2-5 business days)

TAXES / DUTIES FOR NON-EU DELIVERIES

Customers outside of the EU are shopping tax-free on our website. Delivery to non-EU countries can incur additional customs duties and fees. Customers outside of the EU are responsible for customs and import duties. Refusal of these charges will result in your order being returned to us and refunded, minus a €50 return shipping fee.

DELIVERY

Delivery takes place within the delivery deadline given on the relevant page in regards to the address to which the product is to be delivered.

Regarding prepayment the deadline given for delivery begins the day the full price is paid (including VAT and shipping costs), when paying via PayPal it begins as soon as receipt of payment has taken place, with credit card payments the deadline begins with the confirmation of order.

You will receive your order, as far as possible, in one shipment. Should it be necessary, due to technical or logistical reasons, to send your order in more than one shipment, no extra cost will accrue.
